IMPORTANT:  If you are submitting an application based on a lawsuit, you must first have a lawyer.  If you need a lawyer, please contact us and we will refer you to a selection of trusted attorneys used by one of our borrowers in the past.


Application Process


   Free Application

The first step is to fill out the free application form found here. We will respond to you within the next business day to discuss your claim and financial needs in further detail.  At this time we will also discuss the terms of the loan.  If you need a response immediately, please give us a call during regular business hours at 1-866-210-7200.

  Legal Confirmation

After we speak with you, we will reach out to your lawyer to get a few more details about your claim. This conversation is usually brief, as we only need to confirm a few pieces of information.

  Consideration and review

Next, we review the information in your application and make a decision. If we decide to lend you the money, we make sure that our offer is as competitive as it can be. All our decisions are made in house by our experts, there’s no need to ask a board for further approval. It’s fast and quick.

  Approval

If we approve your application, we will let you know how much we can lend and then send documents for you to review and sign via fax or email. You can also come into our Edmonton office to handle documentation, if that’s easier for you.

  Money


Once the loan papers have been signed by yourself and acknowledged by your legal counsel, we send you your money. Typically, the time from application to funding is as little as 48 hours! We offer the following funding options:

1. Direct deposit to your bank account
2. FedEx or mail a cheque
3. Load funds onto a cash card
4. Come into the office to pick up a cheque
